Scraps and More Scraps...

As most of you know I am an avid scrapbooker and scrapping tends to make lots of scraps and when you pay $1.50 or more for a sheet of paper you are loathe to simply toss your scraps. This is a fun card that I did with just that....scraps. Quite a few scraps too and random ones that shared a color palate. This card is fun and easy to do too.

The card is simply a white blank with 7 different scraps sharing a color scheme. I used a decorative cutter to edge them and then layered them. I actually started with the pink flower. I use something and then hate to toss the extra so I had these extra flowers laying around and dug in my scraps until I found some with similar colors. This is where I got to have fun mixing patterns and colors. I think though I would have liked to layer up this flower if I had had more!

Ingredient list
DCWV paper, Once Upon a Time
Prima-flower
CTMH-stamp, For Every Occasion
SU-ink, Perfect Plum
Brad

Very simple card that can be tailored to any occasion with any assortment of colors using your scraps.
